The Layer 7 Gateway image version 8.0 is built on RHEL 6.4, which can be confirmed by running the following command:
[root@l7demo ~]# cat /etc/*release

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.4 (Santiago)
Per Red Hat, versions 6.4 and older of their platform were shipped with openSSL 1.0.0 and are therefore unaffected.
